We want you to enjoy what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. Returns and Exchanges are always available on items that have not been customized.

It is necessary to contact us and obtain an instructions before returning any product to us.

Exchanges on any merchandise can be made only if it is in unworn condition.

Acceptable reasons for an exchange: factory defected, wrong color/size was sent, mistakes made on the part of Jerseys-Union.

Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the merchandise are darker/lighter than pictured,had minor color differences from the picture,do not fit (see below for more info), I would rather have a different one.

Customers are required to email us within 3 days of receiving their products if they need to make an exchange.

If an exchange falls under this category, the customer will be required to send back the products and pay $10 in order to ship out a new one. (Actual shipping cost is $20, Jerseys Union pay half and the customer pays the other half)

All sales are final - please ask any questions you have before ordering to limit or to prevent any problems.

Refund policy


We will issue refund at the conditions:

You get the wrong products because of our fault;
And you had return the products in 3 days after you get them;
All products returned are in new conditions.

According to the conditions above

If you retruned all the products you get,We will Issue a full refund.
If you take part of the merchandize and return the other,You can request to return the relevant money only.
